- very rich and tasty breakfast - modern and comfortable rooms - beautiful sea-inspired design of the hotel - 10min walking distance to the heart of Olbia - excellent SPA (15 euro per person for 1.5h). We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hermaea and found everything to our liking. It was spacious, staff were friendly and restaurant very good. Free parking was a bonus in a towm setting.

Free wifi internet, good double room but price is too high. - despite the walking distance to the city center, the hotel is located in a shady neighborhood with all kind of suspicious characters (especially in the nighttime). Nothing!. Only pizzeria available in hotel rather than restaurant. Shuttle bus to beach not running in May. The electric card in the room seemed to cut out quite often in the room... Two lifts not working and Roof Garden not available for use. Two areas to sit outside (for smokers) but nowhere to sit in the sun. Spa has pool (not for swimming) and it costs 15 euros for one and half hours for relaxing pool, steam room and sauna for hotel guests .Very litlle storage in room for clothing as shelves in wardrobe taken up with fridge and safe. Mirrors not in best place for ladies make up routine. Location not exciting. One has very limited choice of breakfast, which is the same for Everyday. only 1 lift. No balcony. The breakfast was poor. Hotel rooms have white carpet and both ours and our parents rooms were filthy, black and stained with god know what all over the room. Room 116 and 118. Don't stay in them!! The bathroom stank of cigarette smoke. Wifi was weak in our rooms. Room 116 & 118 is next to some kind of extractor or air con unit outside for the hotel so was on all night and couldn't sleep. We had to return one of our meals as there was a bug on it. To be fair they did immediately change it and meal was nice. You must pay SPA, 15€ per person and maximum stay is 90minute, little bit old furniture.
