Located on the seventh floor of a high rise building within easy walking distance of old and neo-classical Naples. Also 600m to the port for trips to Capri, Amalfi coast, Sicily etc. Friendly staff who let us check in early and stored our luggage on departure. Quiet and secure accommodation in a busy and noisy city. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were much appreciated. Quiet and restful place. Located within 5-10 minutes walk from the main places of Naples. The room was quite spacious and clean. Special thanks to nice girl at the reception Lyudmila, she helped us with a choice of restaurants and places to visit. The hotel owner is very friendly and nice person. We had a late check out and he agreed with it. Taxi was called at the time.
all reviews » The hotel is located fairly safe area, and on the 7th floor of the tall multi complex building. From my room window, I saw a part of Mt. Vesuvius. The room was small, like any other hotel, but clean and comfortable. Easy access to bus and ferry (harbour) and walking distance to Via Toledo. the bedroom was so clean and nice, the personal extremely nice and understanding. Checking in time was at 2 pm but because arriving from the us my room was ready much earlier . Great location and service. Also wonderful breakfast on time. Excellent staff, very kind and helpful, an excellent service. Very clean place, room, bathroom are simple, but functional. Very well placed to visit the city, walking distance to almost everything. Great staff very friendly and very informative. We had an amazing time here while we were travelling around Italy. Would definitely stay here again and certainly would recommend you. Thanks!. The fact that it is in the very city center - for those who want. Size of the bathroom and in particular the shower cubicle detracted from the comfort of the room which was otherwise excellent. Breakfast was very ordinary and could easily be improved with croissants, fruit etc instead of pre-packaged toast and jam. Wish they offer more selection for breakfast. No kitchen, they serve basic italian breakfast (Briosini&Cappuccino), good, but after 2 days it's boring. Nothing. Beeakfast served in the room became a bit repetitive. breakfast in the room was not easy. we were with 3 people in a room and than the space is little. The bathroom was extremely small:(( There is no breakfast room.
