  Friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. Patrizio had great suggestions for places of interest and fantastic drives. He gave us a private view of Tuscany - Beautiful location. Hotel is a few km outside of Montespertoli - reachable only by car. Nice breakfast. Our cheaper room was half underground and thus well temperated in high summer.

  Beautiful place. Very comfertable . I liked the design. it was pretty close to the attraction we did in tuscany. We stayed there for 3 days and used this place as a base while explorig center of tuscany includin chianty. I personaly loved the place - 环境、空气很好，房子让人感觉有家的味道。老板教人做饭哦对人也好好。

  This was a lovely property surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. We had a family (2 bedroom) apartment which was well laid out. The kitchen was old but ok. The owners and staff were very welcoming and friendly and it was a pleasure sharing meals (and lots of wine) with other guests in the evenings. Breakfast was lovely. Sadly it wasn't wa - We spent 2 nights and wish it had been longer. Perfect get away. Owner kindly lent us their bikes to roam around the vineyards and beautiful countryside, we took a cooking class which was lovely. Their own produced wine was great, the atmosphere friendly and the food was non stop. All round pleasure. Oh not to mention they have a pool! Highly recommended and we will return.
