Best regards to Olga, she was much helpful! I had a big room with balcony, marvelous view which I enjoyed every day. Making up the room was perfect, thanks again to the ladies who did this job. Good breakfast, there was even porridge that is not often in other places. All the staff was helpful and in case of any problems they were decided immediately. I would advise this hotel. The price is a bit big. For a 4 star hotel a bath robe is desirable as well as body lotion. A balcony chair would also be nice to have.
