The hotel is a magnificent Pallazio scale building set in grand grounds that appear managed in a relaxed partnership with Veneto's nature. The spacious reception and 1st floor public areas are beautiful and perfect for relaxation and reading. Perfect to visit Venice. Dinner and breakfasts were a pleasant experience. Excellent to visit Venice - good quality for good price. Very nice hotel in a huge park. Excellent breakfast. Drive only 7 minutes to the train station, leave your car at the parking for a good price and spend the day in Venize.
all reviews » We enjoyed our stay in a large comfortable room. The hotel is set in beautiful location which provides everything you need to relax during your stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. A good way to go to venice for car renters - park your car for free at mogliano train station (ask direction at reception for the free parking) and take a train to venice (only 2.50 euro for one-way ticket). The hotel is nice, although old and not recently renovated. Some 10-15 km from Venice in a park, quiet, no problems with parking. Very good value for money. Our triple room on the ground floor was very large, the kids loved it. The staff were very friendly and nice. The value for money is quite good. The staff is friendly, there is internet access, and the villa is quite a special place for anyone outside of Europe (and Italy in particular). The aura is quite antique and special. (Of course we told that to the manager and they offered us free breakfast during our stay which kind of relieved us.) - We want to see Venice but the hotels in Venice was expensive so we chose this nice hotel which is rather far from Venice (of course with 10 minutes walk you can access bus stops which will take you to Venice with 2.5 euros). Hotel seems to be living on a past glory, very nice area, lots of potential, but seems to come of age. No items we did not like. location only with car. The third bed in our room was really uncomfortable. A little old fashioned, Average breakfast. Ageing fascilities. Kinda old .... Breakfast. shabby carpets and walls. The hotel looks like an old manstion, all the furnitures are old/antique. Smell like the place is from the 16th century. Hard and almost not possible to open the windows. The smell of mold in the room. Please do take into account that the place is fairly inexpensive, so you cannot expect a great quality here. However, I do not think the hotel should be rated 4 stars, but rather 3 stars. For a 3-star hotel it's quite good, with obvious blemishes: the carpets are occasionally stained, the place overall is not exceptionally clean (nothing too bad, and is expected from a 3-star hotel). No foreign television channels, staff fair but not that friendly, old fashioned rooms. wet room, dirty floor and carpet. Tassa di soggiorno: 5 Euro. one word -shabby. Smell of mold ; breakfast is hell limited and cheap ; stains of dirt , old furniture. Very out of date. Too expensive. Nothing. not the comfort that could be expected from this kind of hotels; absolutely NOT a 4 stars hotel. the picture in booking is good but when I came to hotel i found it very far from staition and it old dengerous so I asked the man in reciption to cancell but he refused and I paid all amount money and I went anther hotel. everything.
