  It was very nice for a 3 star hotel. The location was very near the train and metro station allowing you to get about the town easily. The bathrooms were huge compared to the other hotel's that we had stayed at. - The staff and all the services were A1 couldn't ask for better.

  Hotel Five was a great find. The hotel staff from the receptionist, cleaners to the lady who serves breakfast were exceptionally kind and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and every time I passed them I was greeted with a sincere hello and a smile. The hotel itself is on two levels. So easy to travel anywhere in Milan as it is minutes from train system. The beds were comfortable -and the third bed for our 16 year old daughter was a real bed not a fold out camping style . I came for a food exhibition & to see some clients & the desk staff were so helpful. Location is perfect, in one of Milans coolest suburbs. A busy street might be problem for some (but come on, it IS in the city) but I prefer that I am safe when coming home at night, better than some quiet dark street in middle of nowhere.

  Friendly helpfull staff, short way to San Siro and buses to Malpensa, clean room, - If you want to enjoy Football in San Siro, this hotel is your choice. It is within walking distance. The tickets are cheap and easy to but on Stadium. Please remember, that on match days, the office is opened at noon. Lido is good value for money!

  We stayed at the hotel for Four nights.The staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful. On the day were supposed to leave Milan for London, there was a public strike which affected public transport. The elderly gentleman at the reception went out of his way, using his own car at no extra charge to drop us where we could get a shuttle bus to... what people say » Malpensa airport. He called the number on display to ascertain if and when the bus would be coming ( helped as we would have struggled to put a sente - Excellent location for a meeting at Mico, an 8 minute stroll, snd only 100 feet to the number 1 Metro line that takes you to central Milan and the Duomo. I liked the clean room with a comfortable bed and windows that open wide to let in the air. A good breakfast and free wi-fi were also welcome. The staff was quite friendly and helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants and calling a taxi. Overall, this hotel is excellent. For someone who does not want or need a luxury hotel.

  Reception was extremely helpful, the rooms were nice, the bathroom especially, and the breakfast included protein so that I could eat something, since I'm allergic to wheat.   Very nice Auberge/3*Hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpfull. We had the smallest room, bed was comfortable, bathroom was very nice! Although small tv it was ok(only italian channels). When we return to Milan we definitly come back. - This hotel was easy to find and located within a 7-10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. Walking a further 5 minutes will take you to a train station connecting directly to the airport. The hotel is close to major attractions in Milan and is in a quiet street. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious.
