After all the things I had heard about Milan and the hostels I was a bit worried but from the second I arrived this hostel done nothing but impress. It's modern, clean and everything feels brand new. Wifi signal worked great in the rooms and common areas and there was even a lift for those on the higher levels. The rooms and lockers had plenty of room and I booked a larger dorm but ended up in a 4 bed.
all reviews » Cheap price compared to the facilities. I stayed in a four dorm room, the room is divided into two small rooms and it has two bathrooms. So it's really private. In general, the hostel is clean and really comfortable. The hostel is very clean, near to the metro station. Rooms are cleaned everyday and the place is safe. The staff is kind and helpful. I did not have any problems during my stay there. I would recommend it . You pay little for such a good accommodation like this. It is clean, comfortable and does not look cheap. The location is great that it is close to metro station and carrefour. Linen and blankets really clean and new, confortable. good bed and bathroom (at least in a private room for 2 people). staff carefully, polite and helpfull. very good. It's quiet and suitable for traveler that don't want to be awaken by drunk guys. Also, the design of bed provides me enough privacy even for 6 bed room. The hostel is very clean. Staff is very friendly and they help you if you need informations. I stayed in dormitory with 4 beds and we had 2 bathrooms. Really nice and clean. It's located near a school. There are small and cheap cafes. It's not too far away from the touristy spots. Prices, cleaningless, organization, place, customer care, Matteo receptionist, Fabrizio receptionist, very new and particular. The Staff is extremely helpful. The location is great, new and therefore looks it like modern hotel. - Cleaness; - linen provided at the arrival with no extra costs; - No tourist tax for under 25. Hostel had clean and nice room, good wifi signal in the room and the locker with lots of space. Very clean. Nice interior. Don't have to pay city tax if u'r under 28y o (in this hostel only). design, clean, big rooms, big place to sit and have a drink or go online, near city center. The place was very clean, everyday there's a cleaning lady who clean the rooms and kitchen. The kitchen was huge and quite complete with all the things you need to cook yourself a nice meal. The 4 bedrooms dorm has 2 bathroom in it so it was nice and handy, no need to queue for the bathroom :). The place is clean and has a good structure, although it is not well used (big area to meet up but no music, no games, no drinks that could make the ground floor to hang out). I stayed one night,to catch a train from Centrale. Pretty clean and well organised. Good for people who just want to sleep somewhere for 1 night. the hostel was nice, was relatively easy to get there and the price is good. The kitchen had limited facilities/utensils although all the basics were there. The showers are separate but sinks and toilets are communal and some girls I met said it felt awkward for them. The metro is about ten mins away and the streets get pretty empty at dusk for those coming back late. The check-in staff was not friendly and quite rude. Guests have to pay 20 euros for key deposit. I did pay the deposit but after I went to the room a staff came to asked me to go back because they thought I didn't pay. - No breakfast provided and there's no kitchen facility. And you have to pay for almost ever thing e.g. towels, travel adapters, etc. The hostel could have a more well-equipped kitchen. I have nothing that I dont like about this hostel but I have a few suggestion for improvement. In the toilet, it is good if they can provide toilet rolls holder. In the shower room, towels holder could also be provided. In the kitchen, it will be good if they can provide pigeon holes and label each hole according to the bed rent so that we can keep our cooking stuffs. For example pigeon hole one is for 101.a1, pigeon hole 2 is for 101.a2. By doing this, the kitchen will lool more tidy. maybe the location is not the best, in the midle of the city but its near the metro station, about 5 minutes on foot, so its ok. A little bit far form metro station. It is better to bring your own towels, because they cost 5 euro. You had to pay also 3 euro for hair dryer. Too strict, no basics in the kitchen, basic toilette utilities too expensive, bit noisy location, not long stay customer special attention(only part of the staff), unknown staff dire Tor and unreachable. Luggage storage costs 4€ per day. Also, towels are costly. Have to pay for plates,spoons,knifes,sanitary kits .... or bring your own. Two level bed, upper level doesn't have any rails or stopers, no wall near (have to sleep stray). the kitchen does not have any thing to use for cooking or eating, ONLY cooker and fridge. that is funny!!. Need microwave oven!. Lack of atmosphere, no bar/restaurant; no free towels - 5 euros for a "towel kit"; everything paid for, including a euro per page to print out neededmaterials/etickets, etc. They would be better off to charge more for the rooms, and include the rest free. extra costs for blowdrier or charger etc. The girl at the front desk wasn't exactly welcoming. However, this was not different from the rest of Milan, so consider it part of the Italy experience. -little bit far from a metro. Lacking of kitchen facility ie cutlery, crockery, cupboards, bigger fridge etc. No common room to hang out therefore travellers are isolated from each other. luggage storage cost 4€ per day. The kitchen wasn't ready: it didn't have plates, pans or anything. The beds: too small!. patrové postele. Too far but it's not bad. Kitchen utensils were not available unless you rent it. 20 euros deposit. in the kitchen there are not any plates, forks etc. They gave the sheet, the pillow and blanket at the time of your check-in and you must give it back when you check out. I got my hands full already with all my luggage and things, and it was quite hard to managed to bring all of it at once to/from the room. I didn't like the evening atendant who was stressed and asking all people to wait because he was busy. I think this is not the way to receive guest during check in. I also disliked that the upper bunk bed is narrow and has no place to avoid you from falling (both sides, as the bed stays in the middle of the room, far from a wall). It was quite unpleasant to sleep avoiding moving so much. Would be easy to put some holders on both sides to be more comfortable to sleep. I think it was a bit expensive(15E) and not that close to downtown. There wasn´t any area to meet people, most of the people was there to work, not to travel. There were also some old guys in the rooms and I didn´t expect that because of the hostel's name. One other bad thing is the bathroom, it is difficult to take a bath there because it´s shared with men and women but you don´t have privacy since everything is transparent. Unpersonal atmosphere throughout the hostel. Very bad you have to pay extra for cutlery. Small and narrow beds. Riduculous cutlery deposit badly outfitted kitchen and one unhelpful staff member. As long as a customer gets a confirmation for payment (once the money went out of the customer's account), the customer should not be asked to pay again during check in .Otherwise, all the payment must be done on check in not during reservation. there are no glasses .no plates.on the kitchen !!! for all they want us to pay!!!. Showers - no privacy at all. Poor staff and service. Baggege strage is not free. The ridculous cutlery deposit. Because they were worth money, my cutlery went missing twice. The kitchen was understocked for such a big hostel with very few pans, no bowls or cups or cooking equipment like knifes chopping boards woodennspoons vegteable peelers etc. No system for keeping track of ones food which led to.not only rotting produce but one screaming argument with a cantankerous old man who was convinced I had stolen his food.
