Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room. After traveling Europe for a week, it was nice having breakfast included in the price of the room. Nice breakfast. We had a nice view of the Duomo from our room. If you arrange for parking, it is a secured parking area. Very good location, excellent room for this price, excellent breakfast, view over the city, clean. The breakfast, nice staff, good bed, clean room.

I have traveled a lot both for business and leisure, but I never stayed in such a small room! When I went in for the first time I thought it is a bad joke! If you have experienced claustrophobia in any of it's forms this hotel definitely is not for you :).
