The front desk staff was very helpful and excellent knowledge of the city and surrounding area. The room was very "roomy" and had the extra space to walk around without running into the furniture. The bathroom was especially "roomy", since I've been in hotels in Europe where the bathrooms are but tiny closets. This bathroom was very spacious. Great location - and ask for a balcony room. The one we had was great - superb views over the square. Staff friendly, hotel clean, beds fine - in short, great value for money! And you can buy San Siro tickets from the bank over the street!.

We've mentioned this to the staff, but no one came to fix it. the hotel is very old... not very luxirious... a bit old fashion. The heat is central so you can't manage it in your onw room...
