The location which is very close to all that you need to see in Milan especially the Duomo. It is also 15 minutes away from the train station which is very practical. It is a charming hotel with very friendly staff, our room was overlooking a terrace. We took a twin room and it was big and comfy. Bathroom had all the right amenities. The hotel was really clean, well situated in the city, really close to the Duomo. It was quiet too despite the closeness to a bar close by. The shower was really powerful and nice (shame it was a bit small but it was really clean and new). Nice big size bed for the standard double bedroom.

We were on the 4th floor and it wasn't working. i have only to say to staff to be more friendly , escpecially when the people ask for something ,,, very rude and nervous a person at front desk . ask for a room higher because near hotel is a bar , is very difficult to sleep over there . Breakfast was not included. I think it should have been. WiFi did not work in the room. It only worked downstairs in the reception area. The safe in the room was broken, and had been so for some time, I was told. However, I was offered a safety box in the reception. WiFi a little unreliable. No tea/coffee making facilities in room!. Far away from underground but easy to the main sight seeing points. Nothing. Size of room. Wireless internet only works in lobby, not in the room. Not good for business travelers. The room is a bit tired and bathroom facilities did not satisfy us. The bedroom was tired, a hole under the carpet and a hole in the wall ( needs filling ), very basic overall. Breakfast items handed on a plate, a buffet should mean to choose your own! equivalent to 2* max !. very bad internet connection, only access by the reception. wifi is not working at all in the room. Too noisy. There is a bar outside with very load music. very overpriced! Opposite from a youth hostel where people make noise until late!.
