Location with convinient puplic transport, very polite staff, renovated building with own parcking.ıt was good place hotel and ıt has own park so close to the every where ıt was worth to the price. receptionist very helpful. Clean rooms, good furniture in Bogart 2.Simple but clean room, good value for money. Accessible also from city centrum (tram) even if some distance. Friendly staff, recommended a very good restaurant near the hotel (run by hotel owner's friend) where we got excellent food (and discount when mentioned that we are staying at Bogart). Free parking!. I suggest using a taxi to go to the hotel at later hours, a walking experience could be a bit frighting (although there were no real problems, just the unease of strolling by 50 transvestite-prostitutes). Somewhat noisy rooms but that was expected (and is probably usual in Italy).Not a good part of town. place - its a bit far from metro station and the hotel was on noisy street, our AC was broken on second day, but nobody help us with it, they say please try and try again...The room got quite cold at night, and the "double" bed in our room, was two beds put together. Its is impossible to find the hotel using travel direction if you travel by car! Almost no information! And is was very difficult to pay them as they had "connection error" while we were trying to pay by credit card and the staff was not ready to solve the problem.A lot of things. our room has a hole in the wall. very very very poor breakfast. If you take second Crouasan you have to pay. It was dirty (never changed sheets or wiped floor !), smelly (tried to cover the smell with an odor ), poor breakfast (no ham or cheese , or yogurt) , prostitudes outside (!) , bad neibourhood , too far from the metro (better to call taxi), cold room , reception doesn't speak english... the hotel is too far away from the train station and city center, and it is not easy to find its location.breakfast is simple, room is cold, reception is no English, hard to reach - far away...
