The hotel is close to Venice and your hotel has polite staff. Extremely serviceminded personell.Very good public transports to Venice.The hotel is build in venezian style, glamouros !. service and room - clean, enough room. Very helpful hotel staff; wonderfully over-the-top restaurant with excellent food; lively location with crowds in central Mestre to rival those in Venice proper; parking at the hotel, though access is tricky.

Max 2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop, journey takes about 15 minutes. Shop centre can't be closer. Typical italian breakfast. Rooms are rather small and should be renovated a bit. However comparing with the price - it's OK. Just around the corner from the bus taking us to Venice. The hotel was comfortable and was in a good location. Balcony. The rooms were very warm for mid October and the windows had to be opened - not an ideal situation on Saturday night in Mestre where the crowds make a lot of noise until 3.00am.the pink safe:). I didn't like the bath .It is very small.The rooms/people were noisy. The breakfast was too poor, I would like to eat some vegetables with cheese, egs...Hotel staff were not very interested in helping me with local information when I didn't speak Italian. Otherwise, polite. the rooms were to much hot.the location was bit far from the train station than I thought. no facilities for a drink once restaurant closed or room service, storage in rooms limited,. some of the reception staff not very attentive to guests. The fact that in the bathroom there is no box for the shower!. the smallest shower I have ever seen. Breakfast was terrible, worst coffee I have ever had. we found it difficult to get a drink at the bar, we were told to find a waiter we eventually had to go into the restaurant to find one and then waited quite some considerable time for the drinks to arrive. Choice at breakfast was not very good and the coffee was terrible. The rooms are very tiny. The TV is very small and very old.
