  the hotel was great, the service was great. Bathroom was great. - Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location to visit other towns on Lake Como--steps away from the boat that takes you around the lake. Walking distance to an inexpensive grocery and a mini bar to store food in. No noise issues at all. Excellent hotel.

From the moment wearrived they were extremely helpful offering great restaurantsuggestions, arranging transportation to and from Milan, setting up aspecial dining area for our group of nine, even helping me to locate mycellphone that I lost on a day trip to Bergamo.
