  We arrived earlier than 15h (the time you normally can check-in). The cleaning lady called the owner and he arrived 5 minutes later. We already could check in. He was very helpful and nice. The accommodation looks a little like a motel and that has its charms. The room was very spacious with a big bed, a large closet and a little kitchen.
