  This is a lovely hotel made special by attention to detail. Our room ( junior suite) was extremely comfortable and even had tea and coffee making facilities. The owner is very helpful and friendly, and it was great to have use of the free bikes.   The staff were very helpful and spoke great English! They provided us with a map of the city and pointed out the main attractions, they helped us make reservations in another city for the following night, made a suggestion for entertainment at night that we totally enjoyed.   We really enjoyed our stay. Every detail was taken care of in and out of the room. All kinds of little extras in the room and then there were bicycles available to each person at all times.   Attentive staff- attractive rooms and centrally located - Central location in Lucca, very close to the Amphitheatre. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. We had a four bedroom split apartment. Beautiful furniture, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and great views across the rooftops and La Torre Delle Ore.
