  The staff were very helpful and always friendly. They were very welcoming and contributed significantly to my enjoyment of my trip to Rome. The food in the hotel was excellent. Sam and the rest of the staff were very attentive. Local information was easy to obtain as all the staff spoke very good English. The location was better than we expected as we were only 5-10 minutes walk away from St Peters and Vatican Museum. Also good location for public and tourist transport. Will stay again.

  Hotel Mimosa Chose because of price and proximity to Pantheon n lots of other attractions. Nervous when arrived - only a small placard on the wall of a side street cabbie located only by address. Luckily the main doors were open to get access to the upstairs reception desk. There was a lift, much needed following a 10 day cruise worth of luggage... what people say » . Don't expect too much - basic small room (#11) but clean with a large tile shower. No TV, hair dryer, fridge or access to much ice (can borrow hai - We were impressed by the helpful, friendly and very warm welcome here at this hotel. We stayed 3 nights and were given a very spacious room with the best views down the street. We enjoyed peaceful nights sleep and a very nice breakfast every morning with cheerful and friendly service. This felt like a home away from home. The location could not be better, everything was within comfortable walking distance. The Pantheon is just around the corner, the Trevi fountain less than a 10 minute walk, t
