  The hotel was very well maintained. There is a small elevator which was great for heavy bags. My room was attended every day and the towels were changed daily. The woman who cleaned the rooms did a great job and was very pleasant. The entry is a bit dark which was a little off-putting at first, but it really is more about the use of a lot of dark ... what people say » wood and paint colors in the decor. My bed was comfortable. Sheets were nice and I had 2 pillows, plus a heavy blanket in the closet. The wifi which - The staffs are excellent, they are very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is good, easy to get to the main attractions and all the public transportation in Milan. But, it is a little bit difficult to find the hotel at the beginning. The hotel is really good for single travellers especially for those who would like to walk through the city like me.

  My stay was perfect and the location was great. Porta Romana us s nice area in milan, cool vibes at night and just 3 metro stops from Duomo.
