  Great location, friendly staff, great customer service. Did I mention great location! Very clean and spacious. I defiinitely will stay here again! - I can't say enough good things. From the welcome wine and cakes to the beautiful rooms. I only hope I will be lucky enough to stay here again

  The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. It was conveniently located on a busy, famous square, which was magnificent (and great fun) to overlook, but yet so quiet when the windows were closed. The staff was helpful and kind. The room was huge for the price, and in a perfect, central location. Giovanna might be the nicest person I have ever met in my life. Very accommodating staff, made us feel right at home. I am join g to bring my friends and have only spoken good things about this place! - The staff were very friendly and helpful! In most cases when I've asked a hotel for a double bed when we've arrived we got a different room; this is the first hotel in a long time where we had the double bed we asked for! The location is fantastic and you can hardly hear the noise on the street.
