  The whole experience was delightful, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the restaurant in the hotel served the best food we had in milan. Although the whole experience was expensive, we knew this when we booked it. Can honestly say one of the best hotels we've stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of nice ones!! - Came for business and... what people say » at the end of a hard day it was just a pleaure to enjoy from a wonderfull room and a great service like coming back home..the atmosphere was great service was excellent the stuff was efficient and kind....this is an hotel that take care of the small things that that really make the big difference.

  Great service, excellent welcome, the room was cleaned every day, new towels and sheets every day, the location is great - very close to the subway, the view and the neighborhood was awesome. Breakfast was great. I recommend this hotel 100%. There are two cheap and fine restaurants on the same street, easy access to Corso Buenos Aires were all the ... what people say » good stores are located. Supermarket, everything. - The hotel is situated in a superb location, a lovely walk to the Duomo, but surrounded by a vast choice of restaurants and cafes etc. The breakfast choice was excellent and served for 3 hours with fresh supplies being brough out frequently. The staff at this hotel cannot be faulted on service and friendliness. Highly recommended!!
