  In general the room, the staff who was very kind. People often complain about the breakfast but I think it is just fine. It is enough, at least :) Everything was clean, so nothing to say there. And they kept our bags even after we checked out (we checked out in the morning and had a late evening flight). - Location, Location. Everything was right... what people say » there and I felt as if I was living in in 1400s Florence. You get the real essence of the time. Claudio is helpful and friendly. We enjoyed conversations about Italy with him. His cappuccino is good too.

My wife and I agree that this was one ofour finest hotel stays in 40 years of travelling. The facility isabsolutely outstanding and the staff, and especially Gino, made us feelas though we were family. We have recommended it already to a number offamily and friends. Great experience!
