  I will choose this hotel again and again - it was excellent in everyway. Being on the canal gave it great accessibility in a city as tough as Venice, and that was especially helpful since I was new to Venice. Brunch was included and was exccellent. Decor was absolutely beautiful. - We had a fabulous room overlooking the Grand Canal - it was larg... what people say » e and beautifully furnished. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly and the surrounding area was quiet.

  your wellcoming and friendly staff in general and Leila your receptionist in particular - The hotel is excellently run and everything that you would expect of a four star hotel. Staff polite and friendly and more than will ing to assist in all that they do. Would stay again if and when I revisit Venice
