The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The owner of this hotel is a very elegant man, who was very helpful and made our stay all the more enjoyable. The room itself was not large but had a wonderful veranda that overlooked a canal. Everything exceeded our expectations. The owner, Mr. Matteo was very helpful and kind with us, in fact the whole personnel. Good location, good and various breakfast very clean and quiet. The air condition was efficient despite the very hot weather.
