We stayed at casa sain't andrea a day before our cruise. Location is
perfect, only few minutes walk from P. roma to our hotel and like
walking around a building where we catch our shuttle, people's mover
to our cruise ship. Vaporetto or water taxi is just outside the hotel. A
grocery is close by where we bought our bottled water and food supply.

Coming from the airport by bus around 9pm, this hotel was close to the
drop off point which was useful with roller suitcases. We were greeted
by a friendly man who made us welcome and up-graded our room to one that
overlooked the canal. It was great waking up to the canal boats going
about their business, after we had enjoyed a comfortable nights sleep.
Although simply furnished the room was clean and quaintly old-world with
exposed beam look. The breakfast was great and plenty of it! The staff

Lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms although we had only booked for one got two, clean, had all basic equipment. On Venice itself, easy access walkable to St Marks sq in 20 minutes or get water bus. We loved the location: a bit off the beaten track even in peak season. The neighborhood is very pleasant and more quiet than other busy districts of Venice, although it`s absolutely close, just 5 min walking distance, from Giardini and Biennale. this neighborhood is also very children-friendly as there is a broad corso nearby where The flat is cute with a vista to a litttle canale on a corner. Amenities are good, beds are good.

The staff were exremely friendly and helpful. The reception was open on a 24hr basis and so arriving at night was no problem. The room was comfortable and very clean and the bathroom brand new. I like the location - it's less than 10 mins walk from the train station. It's also surrounded by good restaurants (incidentally, a very good one just next to the hotel).
The room was clean and had an attached bathroom. The aircon was working nicely - no weird smells.

and instructions on taking the bus shuttle to the airport a few days

wonderfull attitude towards customers, friendly staff - Large pleasant room that was spotlessly clean. Hotel was close to the bus and train stations as well as a big waterbus stop. It was quite a long waterbus ride to the centre but if you had a good map it was possible to walk there fairly quickly.
