The hotel staff was very polite and extremely helpful. The hotel room is spacious and grand, quite medieval venetian style. The hotel gardens and the surroundings are fascinating for an early morning stroll. Do eat in the hotel even though it's expensive as their executive chef menu is something to behold. I enjoy leaving here since it very closed to Accademia varporetto, 10 minutes to San Marco, no worries for meal as you will surrounded with restaurants (a bit expensive for us). The room is big, private bathroom, and refrigerator. The cleaness also good, but for us the floor is a bit dusty.. overall is pleasant living there.

The fact that was a residence. How often can you stay in a Venetian home? Carpets were a bit rundown and the lighting could be perkier but overall the stay was fab. There is no staff to speak of but the one man who signed us in was very efficient. Like the passcode system to enter the residence any time of day or night. -

The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The location is central, at the edge of the Rialto between the tourist/attractions and quieter neighborhoods. Lots of food/wine shops nearby - pastries, cheese meats, coffee, fish, vegetables. The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. We will stay there again on our next visit to Venice. - Beautifull

Location - perfect (near San Marco square, but on the small quiet street).
Room - clean and cozy.
Bathroom - big, light and clean, clean and clean (hairdryer, toiletries, towels are included).
Breakfast - very good (choice of yoghurts, meat, cheese, bread, jam, juice, coffee, tea, etc.)
Owner - intelligent, polite and friendly person with great sense of humor.
