The staff was very nice and very help full. They seemed interested in us having a good time in florence will staying in there hotel. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the tv worked. The bathroom was very nice, clean, well stocked with towels and toiletires. The upstairs bar was very nice. We enjoyed ending out day up at the roof top bar.

i will have other people stay here. I do not understand very much italian and I enjoyed my stay. The english speaking was sufficient. Also it was very convenient to what I wanted to visit. I like music on the street and there was some nearby at night. joani

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was! We were "upgraded" to the Waldorf Suites next door and it was amazing! Apparently, this hotel acts as central booking for 4 hotels that are all next door to each other. The location was great. Literally across the street from the train station which comes in handy when luggage is involved. We
... what people say » would definately stay there again!!! - The location was teh biggest factor for us. I had stayed there before, so I knew it was walking distance to all the major sites. The fact that is is just across the street from the train station was perfect for us because we took a train into and out of Florence, so the hotel could not have been more convenient for dealing with heavy suitcases.

The stuff was friendly and helpful. The location was great. The hotel isreally close to the centre of the city. The breakfast was great tastyand fresh. They even put into our room some "dolce" stuff, it was verysweet of them, we had it on the table when we arrived. - very kind and polite staff, cleanliness of room and almost new facilities

Excellent! Very friendly and professional staff. My room was exactly what I required for this trip - private, modern minimalist, stylish, comfortable accommodation. The location, for me, was good too - about 10 mins by bus/20 mins on foot to the centre. - Very nice room! Service and personnell was great.
