Hotel was great value and brilliant location right in the centre of
everything. All staff were exceptionally helpful but particular mention
must go to Michaelangelo and the half Italian half australian chap at
the desk. They couldn't have done more for us. Top top staff and I
have stayed in some of the finest city hotels round the world eg four
seasons, mandarin oriental, ritz-Carlton. Rooms basic but perfectly
adequate, minimal and clean. Great time but the staff made it.

Definitely will come back. Really pleasant and helpfull receptionist, great value for money, excellent location, comfortable and clean bedroom with spacious shower...everything as it should be. Definitely worth of recommendation! -

Had a very small problem when I took a shower and the door fell off. The problem was rectified within 5 minutes and I was put in another room with absoluely no fuss. Staff were superb and hotel had secure parking. Swimming pool on the roof overlooking Rimini beach was spectacular. Rooms were of the usual excellent Waldorf standard.
