  The apartment was very close to the Strada Nouva as stated in the website. It was a nice, clean and comfortable apartment. The staff at Grimaldi Apartments were pleasant and helpful. The Ca'd'ro water bus stop was about 5 minutes walk or less.   I stayed in the annex appartement. (which is accross the ai reali hotel). Location could not be better. Two streets away from the Rialto bridge but still quiet. Canel view and big enough place. Complete kitchen with dining table. Good wifi connection. Also the bed in was good. - 1) It's hard to find a hotel with good internet. This one definitely had good internet. 2) The room was quite nice. The Malibran was in a good location, the price was reasonable and we are planning to stay there next year. - All the staff - those on reception, the restaurant waiters and the room cleaners - were cheerful and helpful. We felt "at home"
