The staff were very friendly and helped us with information like which buses to catch to the centre etc. This hotel has free parking and wi-fi which is why I chose it. Although its out of the centre, a bus and a metro for €1.50 (100 minute ticket) will get you there in 40 minutes. -

I've stayed at this hotel for three nights and I would like to point out the good things:
- The staff is very friendly. I would like to thank them all
- The room is very clean and comfortable
- Nice atmosphere in the hotel
- Quiet area
- The hotel is placed near the metro station (about 350 m) so it is easy to get anywhere in Rome very quickly

Irene and all of the staff were amazingly kind, helpful and funny! This
was the best part of our Rome visit as far as comfort and friendliness
are concerned. Over and over, they gave directions, helped with an awful
incident, made our stay a delight. The breakfast was out of this world
with fresh baked goods and home made yogurt and fine cappuccino. Would
stay again...4.8 Euros to get to our cruise ship (1 1/2 hours ride)----

the hotel has a nice athmosphere we stayd at the bottom floor near the lobby so there were some noises in the morning but nothing serious-it was very nice that there was a wi-fi in the lobby but i could also reach it in my room since it was next to the lobby - Giovana, the receptionist, was very ok.

Although this hotel is quite a way out in suburbs,it was not a problem. Shuttle bus service v/good and the 654 Bus to and from Cinecitta Metro station was right near the hotel. We loved everything about this hotel. Although it is further out from city central, it is easy to take the bus. Don't listen to reviews saying it is in a bad area - we had no issues and even walked around at night (we were just two females). Yes there is graffiti but it is everywhere. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy, the staff was super friendly (be sure to get a map at reception - we didn't use anything else and left our bulky travel books in the room) and the rooms clean and modern

I left my bag with money and cards in the lounge ...and the next day it was there ....left undisturbed by the lady who cleaned the area ...brava signora ! al the staff are super friendly and helpful the evening meals are basic and when you arrive at breakfast the person there should anche piu accogliente ...even more welcoming ! Accommodating staff, Angela and Claudio, were available at check in to explain the B&B. Use of full kitchen. Availability of beverages at all hours. Rooftop garden terrace was super for take home dinner at sunset. Quiet 2nd floor unit. Ensuite bathroom good. On quiet street towards perimiter of city near the Porta Maggiore.
