The owner, Ricardo, is the most charming and welcoming host we have met anywhere. The rooms are clean, the kitchen facility handy, breakfast is delicious, and the location between the Ponte Veccio and the Pitti Palace is convenient to everything. The location was perfect, you can walk to all the major tourist sites/attractions. The hotel was also a near grocery shop, souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants. The Lady Manager was very friendly, efficient and really did a wonderful job to her customers. The cleaning lady was very polite and respectful and did a good job. I will stay again in this hotel

location, and there are quite a few other nice things about it.
Luciana and Luciano, the brother and sister who own/run(?) the place, are lovely, lovely people, kind and most helpful. They're also very quick to respond to emails.

A total class act. This B&B over exceeded my expectations in every way. You will not find a better location in Florence. Located just a few feet from Florence Cathedral, this hotel/B&B exudes so much class with a affordable rate.
The room, shower and bathroom are what you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. Staff are friendly and happy to speak English to their guests. Total class act, when I come back this WILL BE the hotel I try to stay at again. Grazie!

The room I stayed in was large and had a nice sized bath attached. The
breakfast was awesome.... Cooked every morning by the owner! There was a
small refrigerator for guests to use as well as a stocked one if you

for the outside door, the inside door to the hotel and then one to enter
