  I can't say enough about the Orlando Palace Apartments. First, they are actually apartments. You have a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and full kitchen. There's even a dishwasher and washing machine! Everything was spotless, and the keyed entry pad into the building was wonderful- no extra keys to carry around.   We stayed here for my 40th birthday and really enjoyed the luxury of the hotel and its facilities. We were upgraded to a suite which was an additional treat. The staff were helpful and the buffet breakfasts were wonderful. The hotel is situated just along from the Ponte Vecchio so was perfectly located. We found everyone friendly and efficient.... what people say » Room service was quick and the coffee excellent. - The room here was the best of the any of the 5 hotels we stayed at in europe. The bathrooms were new and spacious as was the room itself. The staff went out of their way to recommend and make reserrvations at local restaurants and assisted with luggage.   R.P.S. was an amazing hotel. We were treated well (free room upgrade), the room was beautiful, modern and warm which was perfect since we were there in the winter and it was *cold*. Beautiful location right in the heart of Piazza Veccio which has several attractive sights including one of the David statue replicas and The Rape also the Pitti Pala... what people say » ce. Good food and restaurants nearby. - Loved everything - location especially, definitely the best we had in Europe. Close to everything and I also really liked the code needed to enter the building, made me feel safe and secure. With relation to the staff, Rosa in particular went out of her way for us several times.
