  We stayed here for my 40th birthday and really enjoyed the luxury of the hotel and its facilities. We were upgraded to a suite which was an additional treat. The staff were helpful and the buffet breakfasts were wonderful. The hotel is situated just along from the Ponte Vecchio so was perfectly located.   We passed through Florence for three nights during our honeymoon and had a wonderful stay at Emozioni. Everyday we were left a treat reminding us we were on our honeymoon. Having to go first to Hotel Lanzi did not present a problem for us and I particularly liked the fact that, having paid for the flat when we first arrived, we were not required to return to the hotel at check out - we were told to just leave the key device on the kitchen table.

  We booked two bedroom's suite on top floor with living room and kitchen, and bathroom with separate shower. As long you know it is a historical building, so we wouldn't mind to use the staircase to the fourth floor. There is no window to face the plaza so no noise from the crowd at night. We found everything we need in the kitchen to make our own meal and breakfast. The staffs are very fr - We stayed at the Benvenuto apartment and found it to be very spacious and comfortable. It is very clean and beautiful inside. Breakfast is very good.the staff is very nice. You have to take into account that it is located on a fourth flour and there is no elevator: important when you have medium suitcases, and that the reception is open just part time.The location can´t be better
