  We stayed here for my 40th birthday and really enjoyed the luxury of the hotel and its facilities. We were upgraded to a suite which was an additional treat. The staff were helpful and the buffet breakfasts were wonderful. The hotel is situated just along from the Ponte Vecchio so was perfectly located. I had free use of the internet.It was great to have the freedom to hold bags at counter for a few hours after checkout to see more sites and the ability to use the shower when i came back to collect my luggage.
