THe staff was so very friendly and helpful. The room was very simple but clean. The breakfast was adequate. Wish it had boiled eggs. I was going to stay one night and stayed THREE because my hotel was so pleasing and getting around FLorence was easy. -

The location was perfect, you can walk to all the major tourist sites/attractions. The hotel was also a near grocery shop, souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants. The Lady Manager was very friendly, efficient and really did a wonderful job to her customers. The cleaning lady was very polite and respectful and did a good job. I will stay again in this hotel

The location of this hotel is superb. It is right next to the Duomo! We got upgraded to a bigger room, however the view from the room is minimal. The room is very clean, they provide all the facilities you need. There's a shared kitchen, where you can store your drinks, fresh fruit, etc. This hotel is really value for money! -

The owner, Ricardo, is the most charming and welcoming host we have met anywhere. We were very welcome by the whole staff, mainly by Gina, the owner. They were kind in managing to give us a calm room, exactly as we had asked in the site. Modern decoration, silent air-conditioning, comfortable bed, convinent location and delicious breakfast. During our stay, my boyfriend celebrated his b-day.
