  We stayed 6 nights in the summer. The location is simply perfect. The rooms are great as well - spacious, clean and with good facilities (water cooker for example). I'd advise to pay for the airco in the summer to close the windows to prevent noise from outside. The breakfast is also very nice; outside of the B&B in a typical Florentine bakery... what people say » . Such a treat to have an espresso in a location like that. The owner is always willing to help and was very friendly. I would recommend Sani Tourist - We ended up in a small suite in another building which had a complete kitchen. The location is great; in the 'Dante' area of Florence. The person in charge of the hotel - Raymond - speaks English and is very helpful (he was born around the corner from the hotel). Keep in mind that Florence in June is packed with tourists and that Florence is an expensive city compared to other Tuscan cities.   We loved il Gattopardo! It was in the perfect location for seeing the historical city. The B&B was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and the decor was great with wonderful charm. They gave us directions and advice on where to go and where to eat. We loved everything about Florence from the B&B the Segway - Excellent location in the heart of Florence. Everything was within a short walking distance. Great well stocked kitchen so we were able to make a few of our own meals as well as keep snacks in the refrigerator. Shared bath was very large and kept clean.

  My friend and I travelled to Florence for 4 days in March this year. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Stanze del David. The welcome and hospitality were superb. The hotel is located on the 4th floor. But don’t worry there is a li - The staff at Stanze del David Place are amazing! So personable, flexible, and accomadating. It is very clear that they want their guests to have the best and most comfortable experience possible. The location is top and though in the very heart of Florence the street noise is minimal. The entire B&B is impeccably clean and elegantly decorated, I felt like a princess in my room!   We passed through Florence for three nights during our honeymoon and had a wonderful stay at Emozioni. Everyday we were left a treat reminding us we were on our honeymoon. From the second I walked in with my many bags...Caesar walked them all up for me (husband was in the car outside). Also! We found out upon check out that we got an 80 euro fine ... what people say » for driving our car into the piazza (because I hadnt read ceasar's warning email prior to check in) and ceasar got the fine canceled, unbenounced to u - This B&B is really central, but quiet. It is less than a five minute walk to the Duomo in one direction and Ponte Vecchio in another. All major places of interest are within very easy walking distance, as is the station. Allesandro and Cesare were very helpful and friendly, they were also happy to book restaurants for us. When we checked in we were given a map and suggestions of restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable and there was a well stocked hospitality tray which was most
