  The location is perfect! The room was big, even though we did not have a bathroom in the room, we had to go trought corridor, it really didn't bothered. Great guest house. - Incredible room,fantastic city location,excellent staff,unbelievable value for money,best guest house we have ever stayed in.Highly recommended.

  Sabrina, the owner, was fantastic answering all my pre-trip questions, and she helped make the stay great. We had no issues paying with a credit card, and even able to use a different card than the one pre-authorized. The location is amazing - right next to the Duomo - and close to everything. It was nice to have a kettle in the room, so we had instant oatmeal we brought to have more than the pre-packaged breads. Th - The best thing about this place by far is the location. We literally were looking at the Duomo from both windows in the room (we had the corner "Butterfly" room, which was nice.) The room was large, especially for Florence standards, and the staff was nice, although only there for a few morning hours. Compared to other hotels, this place was a very good value.

  I am totally satisfied with this booking (the hardware, the service, location, the pricing). I should say this is the best hotel I've ever lived during the past 20 days vacation in Italy and Greece. Unlike the rooms of most hotels in European tourist cities, the room offered by this hotel is quite spacious. I am a person very sensitive to noise at night, it's not easy - The strongest points of this hotel are the owners/staff and the location, and there are quite a few other nice things about it. Luciana and Luciano, the brother and sister who own/run(?) the place, are lovely, lovely people, kind and most helpful. They're also very quick to respond to emails. The location is great, if a bit hard to find (if you're relying on GoogleMaps, that is -- get a REAL map!).   Lovely place, airy and light. Guido goes out of his way to accommodate. Could leave bags on day of departure and pick up anytime later. Location is superb! - The apartment we stayed in was wonderful. It was great for two couples, had a kitchen and a "deck" that looked out at the Duomo.

We cannot find it on via Roma at first, for we cannot believe this would be a B&B when looked outside. The decoration is very friendly, and the staff are helpful.
