  The staff at Santa Lucia 50 were amazingly welcoming and consistently friendly. I had never met staff so keen to satisfy any need or issue we may have had. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, and provided us with a kitchenette and utensils to cater for our small group (which we found to be very unusual and convenient in typical Italian hot... what people say » els). There was also minimal noise from other rooms or street level. We would definitely stay again, we had a wonderful three nights at Santa Lucia. - The staff is so friendly, was a very warm welcome. The rooms are neat and tidy. The location is just perfect. Really this is a good value for your money. The B&B is nearby the coast and the city centre. They don't serve breakfast, but there is a supermarket across the street en a little refridgerator in the room. Seriously a great B&B with a great location that makes it very easy to see all of Naples.

  The hotel location is just great. we really enjoyed the stay here. the hotel even offers us free bikes to the castle. that's just nice. however, the owner of the hotel is not that hospitality. maybe she cannot speak English very fluently. the turkish spa is not open after 730 and the TV in the room cannot watch football match. we have to go downst... what people say » airs in the bar for the match. - After having spent time in Rome and the mountains of Italy, Naples is completely different. It's more dirty than the other cities we visited in Italy but the people are very warm and welcoming. Heed the warnings and do not travel with expensive jewelry. The scenery from the windows with a view of the port are beautiful.

  The hotel was right in the middle of Via Chiaia - a great location for visitors to Napoli. The room was lovely and modern and the shower rocked!!! The staff were so helpful - they even helped us to watch the Man United football match in our room when we couldn't find a bar that was showing it. - Stylish. Free upgrade to suite.

  The host was great and gave us lots of useful information on our arrival. It is brilliantly located for the port of Napoli and near some excellent restaurants. Our room was huge - the air conditioning worked really well and he shower in the bathroom was great. Would definitely return if in Naples.

The bathroom was spectacular with all the lovely marble and all the amenities; slippers, bathrobes, lots of towels and anything you may have left a home was already there. For further afield, a short walk to the Metro. Wins on all aspects of a great stay. Make sure you have an address in Italian, because it is a little hard to find 1'st time. ps. Arnaldo and Daniella did all they could to make us welcome. Excellent value - Don't be put off by the entrance. Behind the front door and up the elevator you will find a great B and B with a friendly, helpful owner in a great Naples location. A short walk to the Promenade along the water (even at night), close to an upscale shopping neighborhood but not a bad walk into the central historic district of Naples. Good value BandB.
