  Liked everything about this hotel. Calm location away from the tourist hassle and just 5­-7 min walk from piazza San Marco. May be a bit far from the train station but for us it was not a problem, walking through Venice is a pleasure of its own. Besides you can always take a vaporetto which stops nearby. The rooms are big, warm, clean, nicely deco... what people say » rated and very cosy. Breakfast was basic but ok (ham, cheese, cornflakes). In overall, good value for money we paid. - Very nice hotel. The incheck was very fast and the night receptionist was very helpfull. the room was very clean and the breakfast was also fine. We liked the hotel very much.

  Easy to find, Staff was very helpful and aided us getting to the room, which was located in a separate building. Very helpful getting our bags to the room, which was no easy task as I was travelling for three weeks and required vacation and work clothes! Great location close to St. Mark's square and other attractions. Breakfast was excellent and exactly what we wanted - lots of choice and hot and cold options.
