  We were greeted with warm smiles and a professional and efficient check in process. We were then driven to our accommodation by a friendly staff member. We were impressed by the gift basked of breakfast for the next morning as well as home baked biscuits as a welcome. The Magenta apartment was very spacious, light and airy and a great stop for us ... what people say » after 3 weeks on the road. It was good value for money for a young family and a perfect location in walking distance (or quick tram trip) into the cit - Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had to add an additional night prior to our arrival and this was done with ease and efficiency. Also, on check-out, I had the dates mixed up and thought we were checking out the day after. The staff gave us ample time to check-out and even kept our luggage at their office until we went to pick it up in the afternoon.
