The hotel staff is very very nice and friendly!!! We arrived there so early in the morning that the hotel room haven't finished yet. Therefore, the staff put us in to another hotel nearby which is very nice as well. Thank you again for your kindness;) - Friendliness and helpfulness of staff, satellite tv, nice room (a bitsmall though) with good air

friendly and lnoeledgeable staff - It is open during the whole night, it is also quiet for the center of Milan. Easy to go reach with a car, very to go to the center on foot.
