Didn't like this hotel, had to wait for our room to be cleaned even thou we arrived after the book in time, cannot get breakfast even thou we paid for it, need to get train at 8 o clock breakfast does not start until 7.30 would not offer us anything, cannot get a drink only coffee or soft drinks, very poor service for the price of the roo

We were very pleased with the Windsor Hotel Milano and found it to be the nicest hotel that we stayed in during our touring of Italy. We really hated to leave. ... what people say » additional site seeing before catching our train. - We were only able to stay for 1 night, but it was the most comfortable bed we had slept in during our stay in Europe, our flight was late getting into Milano, check-in was no problem even after 12am, the bar tender was very helpfull, as we needed a night cap after a day of sight seeing and flights. We will stay in the same hotel and recomend it to everyone we know who needs to stay in Milano.

it was good experince as whole I enjoyed every minute - Very good service both at the reception and at the breakfast. Nicebreakfast although I somewhat missed some bacon and scramled eggs. (Thestaff was kind enough to let me have the breakfast outside. The negativecomplaints about the neighborhood of the hotel (Chinatown) is difficultto understand.

Very good location! Milano Centrale and Corso de Buenos Aires are located 5-10 minute away from Ferton Hotel. Also it is not far from Duomo because 2 metro stations are located nearby. Reception desk staff was friendly. They were ready to help and they’re answered all my question. The room was clean as well as towels. All furniture looks modern and new. The room and the bathroom were very big, with facilities. The
situation is really good only 5 minutes far from Milan Central Station
(train) and the buses for the airport, the underground is 10 minutes
walking. The staff was friendly and helpful, they keep us our luggage
in the check-out day so we were able to see the city comfortably
before go to the airport.
