  We were very pleased with the Windsor Hotel Milano and found it to be the nicest hotel that we stayed in during our touring of Italy. We really hated to leave. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the hot buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff was very helpful, and we were able to store our luggage on the day we checked out, while we did some ... what people say » additional site seeing before catching our train. - We were only able to stay for 1 night, but it was the most comfortable bed we had slept in during our stay in Europe, our flight was late getting into Milano, check-in was no problem even after 12am, the bar tender was very helpfull, as we needed a night cap after a day of sight seeing and flights. We will stay in the same hotel and recomend it to everyone we know who needs to stay in Milano.

  it was good experince as whole I enjoyed every minute - Very good service both at the reception and at the breakfast. Nicebreakfast although I somewhat missed some bacon and scramled eggs. (Thestaff was kind enough to let me have the breakfast outside.   we liked their hospitality and friendliness. The hotel staff was very helpful. They especially called a person knowing Indian Language(Hindi) so that we do not have any difficulty in communicating things. The breakfast was wholesome and specially the person (?forgetting name) who used to serve us tea and cappuccino. The Hotel is located in a quiet place and is close to "Pace" , a happe - It's an ideal place/location for people on business trip. However if you want to give access to people who are doing business shopping it would be good to have facilities such as scale to check weight of luggage, a place to pack luggages, it can be outside or in the parking. Otherwise fantastic!!! English language has been a plus for your customers.

  Loved this b&b, strongly recommend to stay here, very honestly priced room. Ignore all the other negative feedback left. Staff are very helpful. I will always be coming back.
