We were impressed by the warmth and hospitality and helpfulness of the
owner/concierge. He speaks English, and kept the front desk open
late (after 10 pm) so that we could check in late. Our plane landed at
10 pm at the Venice Marco Polo Airport and we called the hotel as soon

Excellent place to stay when visiting Venice.
Large comfortable room, good bathroom, good breakfast with fresh fruit, fresh everything, including eggs cooked specially for you. Very helpful and friendly welcome, which continued throughout the stay. Leave the car at the hotel parking, there are two bus lines, one opposite the hotel, the other 5 minutes walk (bus ride is approx 15 minutes). The buses run well into the late evening, so no problem to get back. The buses also go to the station and

We liked everything. The staff speak English as well as Russian (for those who dont speak Italian). The owner was so kind, that gave us two parking spaces for our cars free of charge in the property garden and the staff was so nice, they provided all the facilities what you need including fridge (to keep baby food), boiled water (to prepare baby f

Friendly and comfortable place in Mestre we used this as a base to explore Venice and surrounding areas from.
The place is modern and air-conditioned with double glazed windows, very comfortable.
Easy walk to nearby "Voltourno" bus station which is easy to get to town and to Venice on. Difficult to get a bus timetable anywhere though with connections etc.
We took the T1 from Voltourno to Columbo (2 stops) then onto the 4L to Venice.
