  In general the room, the staff who was very kind. People often complain about the breakfast but I think it is just fine. It is enough, at least :) Everything was clean, so nothing to say there. And they kept our bags even after we checked out (we checked out in the morning and had a late evening flight). - Location, Location. Everything was right... what people say » there and I felt as if I was living in in 1400s Florence. You get the real essence of the time. Claudio is helpful and friendly. We enjoyed conversations about Italy with him. His cappuccino is good too.
