The staff there was attentive and extremely helpful. They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!!

The apartment is huge and the owner was so friendly and helpful. The apartment is marketed for 4 people but could easily sleep 6.
Also it was only a few minutes walk from the bus terminal. Not the most stylish of places but it was clean and spacious.

Breakfast was very nicely tended and the staff was amazingly courteous at all times of the day (even late night). The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The location is central, at the edge of the Rialto between the tourist/attractions and quieter neighborhoods. The hotel is positioned in a quiet side street and was a tad more expensive than we usually pay for our city breaks but we thought it was good value in relation to the other hotels in the area.
But it was well furnished and we had the canal view, which was lovely.

Very central boutique hotel within 5 mins of St Marks......loved the gondolas passing the door of the hotel & some had singers/guitar players ....the singing was brilliant !!!
The staff were all friendly & very helpful. The room we had was a junior suite & for 3 women sharing was a bit on the small side but we managed. I would recommend that the hotel get rid of the excercise bike & replace it with a chest of drawers or another wardrobe !!!!
