Stayed on enight in a family apt'ment consisting of a double bedroom and a living area with 2 additional single beds. There was plenty of space for all 4 of us, nice bathroom and ample storage space/ furnishings. Plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet. Short drive from Orio Al Serio airport, although we had our 'Satnav' to help find it. Perfect for a place to stay after a late flight. I really enjoyed to stay...Everything was perfect !!! Especially food was excellent!!! I hope to stay there again...

Location to Bergamo Airport + 24Hr Reception. the choice of breakfast. Nice room. Peaceful.We got what we were looking for, a clean place in the outskirts of the city close to Autostrade. We stayed in a family apartment and found we had great space for a family of six. The very friendly and helpfull staff. Lots of space in the apts, but they are not self catering apts,and thats not clearly stated on the site (ie ; no kitchen facilities). Support of staff member and quality of interior should be two different items, because support was good, interior was medium. The buffet breakfast was nice and the morning staff was very friendly and helpful.Polite, helpful and friendly staff. room was clean and good value for money. Large room, separate room for the parents.Helpfull staff. convenience. It was a stop over from a late flight, their 24 hr reception was excellent! also the shuttle bus they had too was great. As we arrrived late at the hotel the night porter was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good.price/quality. We stayed in a family room it had a great shower and great large soft towels plenty of room in both the rooms and the bathroom.Clean, stylish hotel. the rooms was very warm. Hotel was too far from central Bergamo and very little to see or do in the area. Also the web site says shuttle bus available for the airport. This was not so and we had to pay €20 for a taxi. Not close to Bergamo centre, but easy access by bus. No dinner available at the hotel. Not charming like other hotels in the same area. Not a big issue if you are not looking for that. The rest is OK. The bathroom had limescale marks around the plug and basin - it was clean but it spoiled the look.We liked everything although it was impossible to stay there more days. simple furnishing and basic finishing. would like more choice for breakfast and less processed food. The parking garage was hard to find. Parking area in front of the hotel was not lighted.We only stayed one night at the hotel I was glad we had sat/nav we would never have found it baised on directions.I have no complaints about the hotel it was perfect for a stopover. too far out from the centre of the tourist area. Interior simple, no english or german tv channel. a third person ended up joining our party at the last minute and we did not have time to inform the hotel ahead of time. however, when we arrived they said it would be impossible to set up a cot but we ended up paying the fee for one in order for our friend to stay in the room with us. There is nothing around the hotel (restaurants etc) and it was difficult to get to from the train station.Lack of food facilities as we had arrived late. The person at the reception desk was not aware of the close by area. Room looked a bit basic for the price paid. Family room was in a building next to the hotel.The room was very very noisy we could hear every flushed toilet and running tap in the building. We could also hear every movement in the building. Breakfast - ´hot water´ for tea making not hot at all. All rolls hadgone - waitress reluctant to restock - she was more interested inserving a conference. Also, if you do not have a car, the hotel is notconvenient for the airport. You have to get a bus back into Bergamo, andthen another bus out to the airport.
