good value and using the train was good except there wasnt any english to explain the train system, and the staff at the train station were totally useless. but for finding other english speaking people with the same problem, we probably would still be on the station platform. for such a busy tourist area, there is very little helpful info. all reviews »
Cleanliness, plenty of space, free parking, good facilities, near to train station (10-15 minutes walk) and reasonable price (price was competitive and reasonable, although you may find somewhere with lower price, but I prefer to stay here!!!) For sure will recommend to my friends and will return during our next visit.

Landlady was exceptionally attentive, location is good because of the public transport (bus) that stops within 100 meters. Very good place to start when visiting the cinque terre.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. Our apartment was fancy, spacious and very comfortable, its location is perfect, 15 minutes walk from the Station. Our children enjoyed the freedom of playing in the garden. WI FI very fast.

This piece of property is in complete contrast to the larger hotels who offer a less personal service in less intimate surroundings. Staff were very friendly and made sure we felt at home.
Our apartment was wonderful and spotless, surrounded by greenery and silence. The location has all the facilities nearby and it takes 15 minutes on foot to reach the Station.

found the street with GPS but problems finding the actually location. The parking is in a separate area about 200 yards from the driveway or road into the units. Tho the address is on Genova street, there are 4 or 5 houses that are in this off shoot road or driveway but have an address on Genova. So we stopped on a side street near the address and again my wife went looking for it. once we found it the owner was very helpful with luggage etc.
Just a comment, not a critique: twin beds were not very big (70 X 190?) and firm.
Having to leave...we hope to return.
