  This is a great hotel in a great location--a real gem. From what I can tell, all the rooms have a balcony overlooking the sea and the view is fantastic. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the meals were simple but very good. I can't think of anything negative about Hotel Vittorio, but would stress that it's at the far end of a fair... what people say » ly long stretch of beach. So if you're using public transportation, it takes a little advance planning to get out of the immediate vicinity. - I liked the fact that the hotel is located right on the beach of Maronti,easy access to roman thermal baths,3 euro water taxi Ride to Sant Angelo,a quaint Romantic fishing village,great for shopping and picking up supplies.

  Lovely view of sea from room. balcony you could eat out on, hot, powerful shower, Staff very helpful. Given hotel is on the side of a hill the hotel runs a regular minibus service to/from Forio town center, hotel has its own thermal bath - Everything was excelent! But you should remember - it's high on the hill.
