The hotel was perfect, completely relaxing and the facilities werebetter than indicated on the web site etc.All staff and services werewhat one would expect of a more commercial and 5 star establishment;everything was done to please and with a smile. The setting was perfect - the rooms are at the back of the hotel with balconies overlooking lovely gardens and a beautiful bay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Had we been awareof this earllier we could have booked it.golfo aranci v uninspiring but handy for olbia airport. The quality of food is not great.Booked Spa room but Spa was not working for three days out of 4 and hotel management did not seem to be able/willing to respond.
