Excellent hotel directly by the sea. Very good for families with children as there is heated pool and playground. We had a studio apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Supermarket within walking distance, Golfo Aranci about 20 minute walk. Olbia 20 minutes drive.Hotel offers also free bicycles. By the beach is bar/restaurant, where we had morning cappuccino and also lunch. In all aspects very good hotel. Excellent value for money. Will return definitely. Thank You for nice holiday!.

Location spotless! Perfect food, perfect drinks, great views. Not far away supermakret and other restaurants although they were colsed in April :P In general I am coming back for sure !!! :) Thank you to all staff ,u made my holidays a pure leasure!!. The hotel is in a great location and has excellent facilities. Despite being busy it never felt overcrowded. The amazing array of breakfast choices rivalled some 5* resorts we have stayed at. Apartment was very clean and sofa bed very comfortable. Highly recommend for a budget friendly holiday, and would certainly return as the service was very good, and no real compliants at all. The location is perfect. You are simply on the beautiful sandy beach. And the view from the beach and from the hotel is very nice. The swimming pools perfect for children. Many different activities for children. Beautiful location. Staff freindly and wanted to help. Clean quality apartment. Very nice place close to the beach. Clean and fresh. Good service and staff. Facilities, location, service, food. The location right on a small sandy beach with stunning views. The staf was excellent!:),. I think that young couple guests should be separated from all family guests. I would suggest to separate balconies with non see -through fence so guests enjoying moments on balconies dont see each other- its a bit awkward. Also I would recomend to get some board games and playing cards at reception so guests can borrow and have fun on the beach or swimming pool. Not available internet in the room :(. No shallow parts of either pool for young children and internet access very poor even within wifi areas. The design of the apartments is rather boring. Staff English not so good. Not really anything within walking distance. The children room/kidclub indoor is pretty much empty (two toy cars without batteries). The hotel also lacks a children pool for the youngest kids. No wifi in the rooms (if you don´t get a room close to the lobby). Limited to no access to WiFi. The beds in the adjoining apartments were really uncomfortable - they need to invest in new mattresses! The staff were efficient but not very friendly. Very loud musik played direktly at the pool, water fitness 2 times a Day, you have to pre book deck chairs, the kids club were in the dining area, and from 8.30 to 10-10.30 at Night VERY loud musik that we all had to be a part of in kids disco. In general lots of noise.
