The location and friendly staff. comfort and position. Close to Railway station and centre of Frascati. Comfortable spacious room.Very easy access to Rome by train.nothing. No Air Con installed.tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom would be appreciated. No heating, no bar, very basic, hostel type room.
